You grant TASTEKIN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute and adapt your content as needed to operate, improve and promote the Services, subject to your settings and applicable law. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide your content.

We may review, limit, remove or disable access to content or accounts that violate these Terms, our policies or law, or that create risk for users or the Services. We may use automated systems and human review.
5. Recommendations and AI features
Recommendations, search results and AI-assisted outputs are provided for inspiration and informational purposes. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and purchases.
6. Purchases
Paid digital features may be offered through Apple, Google or other authorized payment providers. Prices, taxes, refunds and billing are subject to the terms shown at purchase and the applicable platform’s rules.

The Services may link to third-party websites, products or services. TASTEKIN does not control or endorse third-party offerings and is not responsible for their availability, content or practices.
8. Intellectual property
The Services, including TASTEKIN’s name, branding, software, design and original content, are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, TASTEKIN retains all rights.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations, risk, legal requirements or discontinuation of the Services.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every result will be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TASTEKIN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the Services.
